Given that we talk about mostly white European settlers, just the huge majority of native american lands, a good chunk of Mexico, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and several smaller places, areas controlled as "banana republics", Phillipines, and who knows, eventually Greenland, and even talk about Canada, unserious as it likely is.
