No, just bombed, invaded, overthrew governments, etc in dozens of countries all around the world...
Yet not annexed anyone so far (seems like US today is another case).
Given that we talk about mostly white European settlers, just the huge majority of native american lands, a good chunk of Mexico, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and several smaller places, areas controlled as "banana republics", Phillipines, and who knows, eventually Greenland, and even talk about Canada, unserious as it likely is.
And with no own ethnic population there to begin with or continuous historical ties to the area.
