I wish they would let me use claude desktop, I really hate looking at the terminal and don’t know how to customize it to make it more readable

On a comment where you discuss a powerful tool for looking up information, you claim ignorance about a piece of information that same tool could explain to you! What the heck!
Not only that, but the ai could just spit out a premade .conf file for the terminal. Insanity. Or use herdr and a good looking harness for Claude cli….

I believe GP is making the point that tokens are expensive atm so we are better at conserving them (the scroll back part), but soon it'll be so inexpensive or even free that we won't bother.
