You make it sound like this would pass into law and within 48 hours everyone would need to go get an ID.
You'd pass this into law and then have it take effect 2-4 years out, and if you can't go and secure yourself an ID after 2-4 years of notice you aren't a functional adult.

It is also funny you have at people not being real adults when the vice president of the United States - himself very worried about election fraud - is saying people in Alaska may be confused between two Sullivans on the ballot because "people are busy.
