So what? Why do you want your database viewer to run in the browser?
Because you can visit a website on your phone or places you can't install native software.
I've used a Firefox extension which purpose was SQLite viewing/editing. I guess it's half "runs in the browser" and half "it still needs to be installed".
It's sandboxed!
