It is not possible anymore to have any kind of ai-skeptic posts (ie not cheerleading ai or surrendering to the whims of AI companies and their big tech investors) without a bunch of comments psychologising the post as "frenetic grieving process" etc, together with all the eschatological, religious-messianic bordering ideas about AI ending scarcity, curing cancer, and other sci-fi scenarios. This kind of posts is not engaging with such article with intellectual honesty and present a non-sequitur because any kind of critique can essentially be reduced to this kind of psychologisation of its author.
