I think the surge in people wanting to reduce taxes is because it rose at an unexpected rate that no one was or could prepare for. So I almost blame the speed of increase for the recent conversations, rather than the idea of people wanting their house to rise and others to fall; yes that is part, but I don’t think it is the majority.
