My own VPN. I live in country where internet speed to some "foreign" website is heavily limited because the goverment does not like those websites.
Using VPN Provider is an option, but i prefer no one tinker with the VPN server i am using. Also i can add unlimited client to it.
This is also common for people inside China who need to access external internet because:
1. All the VPN providers are blocked anyway
2. You have to disguise your traffic to look like non-VPN commercial traffic, anything that looks obviously like an outbound VPN gets blocked by the Great Firewall
