Yes but Benn Jordan in collaboration with 404 Media were some of the first to do deep investigative research into them. Many other sources reported on the investigations of Jordan/404. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution also did important work in documenting stalking by cops and CBS News kept the Flock CEO in check by fact checking his statistics about crime rates
