Depending on your guitar interface, it's around 4-10ms. Some interfaces have really unnecessary buffers, accounting for very old and low power devices. iRig HD X has an unused buffer of 4ms in its firmware that I patched. As atoav said, you don't really feel it, especially if you play on headphones, it's like sitting 1 meter away from the speaker.
