The US does though. The f series is a very practical vehicle for a lot of people since it can do so much. It is a compromise but the negatives are not that great.
IIRC the F-150 is the most popular vehicle by sales in the US.
That is true, but only because Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra are counted separately despite being badge engineered twins.
