"Dictatorship" is the standard forum design. Reddit, HN, X, Lemmy... All of them. And censorship is common. We literally prefer it that way. I think it's to create a solid blame trail. I think that's a necessary thing.

I think what 'we' prefer is the bad team's posts being censored, but none of our team's stuff getting censored.
But what we prefer and what's good for us are two drastically different things.
