so I'm tempted to order this even if its a premium price point. My question is how close to kickstarter buyer beware is this company?

I ordered the Astro Slide 5G and never received it, so much for me getting to see what all of the psion fuss was about, so this device is both tempting and making me remember past regrettable experiences.
