If you subtract the "meaningless phrase", the title of the book is just "Music Theory". Do this for every book written about music, art, mathematics and you'll just have a lot of books with identical and quite dull titles.

Insightful. The title being more to distinguish than to describe.

"Music Theory, Bells and Whistles"

First review with that as a title:

”Beware, this is just a general book of modern music theory masquerading as a guide specially for the bell or whistle player”.

"BaW Music Theory", for that click-bait effect.
