Reading might be the one use-case for a foldable phone when you're on the go. Even so, a basic Kindle fits in a purse / fanny-pack just fine and is much more comfortable on the eyes.

agreed about the kindle being more comfortable, but, the best reading device (+ camera) is one you always have on you.
