The link died, but it's a cut-down PS5 APU previously sold for crypto mining apparently.
Not so cut down - you can unlock more GPU and CPU cores (some of them might be broken).
Not cut-down and yes... i deployed 20,000 of them for crypto mining... optimized around ~54mhs on ethash which was pretty good.
