I got excited about this until i realized still no graphene. It seems like both sides have a huge incentive to support the other, I wish they would make it happen.

This always comes up, it will probably never happen, makes me sad as well.

I read this type of back and forth here and there over the years, and I get why you respond in this way.

But it's a shame, people like me really, really appreciate the way FairPhone builds smartphones, and really, really like the way you build a smartphone OS.

So instead of this back and forth I'd really, really love to see you guys (in stead of pointing out flaws) take a more constructive stance and approach FairPhone with something like an action plan. Something like: This is what would be needed, implement these things and we can start talking. And then give FairPhone (or any brand really) a chance to respond. You're all stuck in a tit for tat loop, someone's gotta break the loop with a constructive response. I'll be telling the FairPhone people to approach you with an "Ok, fine, what would we need to do to get the ball rolling hardware-wise." whenever I get the chance.. Although I think I saw that information out there at some point already right? - But imho you should stick to that level of communications.

And maybe it's not possible for FP, but at least one of you stated some reasonable terms and everyone can refer to that when this request comes up again.

And I think it's mostly Murena you have issues with right, not even FairPhone (yeah they support Murena/e/ but what do they know, they obviously need guidance from someone behaving like an adult on these issues)...

I also like your plans with Motorola, don't get me wrong, I'm not replacing my iPhone 12 mini for now because I'm waiting for what's coming. But it's a shame that we have to choose between sustainable/repairable and secure/private.

Can't you all just be friends ;) I think we're all Jedi here (albeit a tad immature).
