Can a person who spent their entire life in a low sensory environment have a lot of worthwhile introspection? I think even the low sensory cave children have a form of council.
People go to therapy, group therapy, read, etc in order to have thoughts of others that seem rather important to introspective thought to me. I don't think all audio media and forms of listening would fit, but I don't think all wouldn't fit as those important inputs.
