As an ADHDer, I think talks and discussion are way better than written exams. The most common treatments for ADHD are stimulants, but human interaction is a natural stimulant, and the real-time feedback of a human audience is more engaging.
Then maybe you're not suited for the task. Most intellectual professions (keyword being profession, please don't bring up the lone mad scientist fiction thing) require the ability to communicate clearly.
If you're blind, you won't be a racing driver, that's just how it is.
I doubt the question here is about willingness, but inability due to real medical conditions. Assuming real and sufficiently severe ADHD.
