You're listing some of the worst dictators in modern history, and that's just not the right comparison. Please read the history of, like, Pakistan. Pervez Musharraf wasn't very murder happy, but he was clearly a dictator; it would have been very unwise for an Japanese company in 2004 to expect their business in Pakistan to do well after suing him in Pakistani courts.
Please define dictator. Have there been any American presidents that are not dictators under that definition?
I think that sending a mob to the legislature to demand that they overturn the election and install you into power makes you a dictator. Only one American president has done that, and he's pardoned the entire mob so that they can try again in 2029. Of course, I do hope they'll lose in 2029, after which you'll smugly inform me that the fact of his loss proves he was never a threat.
