Maintaining abs doesn’t necessarily require a ton of work time-wise, but does require you exercise consistently and closely watch what you eat. I used to have very visible abs and honestly it didn’t feel worth it. I like bread too much!
Not really. The exercise needed is minimal and the rest is just calorie management. Now having said that it's not easy - simple, and not particularly time consuming yes, but psychologically very difficult unless you naturally tend towards leanness.
