That's really fun and cool! :) I was hoping the sound would also be sped up/down (or change of pitch perhaps would work better) as you moved the hinge faster/slower, so you could do that really slow "tack-tack-tack" sound like when you move a really heavy door on a worn hinge really slow

Yeah, I had the same thought - in all the creaky doors I've seen, pitch and speed go together.
Yes I did test that too! It seemed to sound a little nicer this way though, more cartoonish
I wonder if the sound could be fully synthesized instead of the current 2.9s recording. That's not an easy task, but perhaps the result would sound more realistic.
