This ought to be a useful message for the US, too, whose Russian-owned government didn't want to help provide Ukraine with much in the way of weapons.
The US got an absolute pasting in Hormuz from Iranian drones, and maybe if they'd had some Ukrainian kit they'd have come off a little better.
