Damn. Imagine the confusion of everyone involved here. Since when does adding simple water to oil cause fire? Let alone an entire explosion? Imagine how nervous everyone would've been like "damn this could have happened at any time the whole time we've been doing this, and could happen at any time in the future until we figure out what happened"
