Well, there probably wasn't a concession stand.
PACER isn't even close to $1/page, and if you spend less than $30 (which is rather a lot of pages) in a quarter, it's free.
Embarrassed. PACER is $0.10 per page, Idaho courts charge $1.00 per page.
