We ingest data from project management, payroll, identity, and financial systems and use ML/LLMs to turn a process that used to take months into one that takes hours. Small team, real revenue, lots of hard problems in data extraction and pipelines at scale. Currently serving customers like Mercury, Brex, Notion, Adobe, and Capital One.
We're hiring two senior roles:
1) Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (7+ yrs) TypeScript/Node + React on the front of the house; data ingestion pipelines processing millions of records and flexible schemas across wildly different company types on the back. You'll own projects end-to-end, scope with cross-functional partners, and ship both customer-facing and internal tooling. Bonus: GraphQL, GCP/AWS/Azure, Terraform/DevOps.
2) Senior Data Scientist + ML Engineer (6+ yrs) Own ML/AI problems from definition through production: classification, information extraction, entity resolution, ranking, anomaly detection, plus LLM systems (prompts, retrieval, tool-calling, eval). Python (NumPy/Pandas/sklearn/PyTorch), strong SQL, and real production deployment experience. Bonus: synthetic data, RAG, experience fine-tuning LLMs.
Both are senior, high-autonomy roles--you should be comfortable breaking ambiguous requirements into iterative deliverables and reading unfamiliar code. Not a fit if you want heavy mentorship or detailed specs handed to you.
