Get a TP Link Tapo! They are like 20-30 bucks and come with ONVIF.
EZVIZ is another ban-evading arm of HIKVision, easily available in Europe and has RTSP (confirmed) with alleged support of ONVIF as well.
Nearly all ip cameras support ONVIF and/or RTSP.
