The age of consent in most European countries is 15 and 14 in some like Italy and Portugal.
In my mind someone like Larry Nasser or all those Catholic priests who raped alter boys are pedophiles.
I agree that it's pretty gross behavior but it seems to be normalized in many countries.
Technically attraction to 15-19 year olds is called Ephebophilia whereas Pedophilia is attraction to 14 and under.
