I feel this. Analytics often ends up being a bunch of charts that don’t really tell you what’s happening. I built UXWizz so I could actually watch how people use my sites with session recordings and heatmaps instead of just staring at tables.
Spending a few minutes seeing real interactions usually shows way more than a month of cohort numbers. Makes it easier to fix friction and understand what’s actually working.
It still doesn't answer all questions, but if you know your own business and product, then you end up getting some good guesses on what's happening.
