Why didn't they do this until X started publishing naked little kids?
Because they needed an excuse to penalise X. It's not hard to figure out.
“They hated me and waited until I did something wrong to have an excuse to go after me.”
And
“They waited until I did something wrong to go after me.”
Both contain an admission of wrong doing
"..and they're not going after AI models that can do the same thing."
