Should work just fine:

    > document.createElement("table").rows[Symbol.iterator]()
    // Array Iterator { constructor: Iterator() }

HTMLTableElement.prototype.rows actually just returns a HTMLCollection, so same as document.forms, or document.getElementsByClassName. HTMLCollection implements Symbol.iterator as you would expect.
