How many LOC?
I don't really know how to answer that, it's a highly fragmented legacy codebase that is responsible for many millions in revenue.
I do know that given my experiences though it's time to sound the alarms as many others have.
We're clearly in an emergency situation, it's frustrating to see this ignored due to various mechanisms some of which are huge geopolitical incentives to pump out propaganda that ai is safe and we shouldn't slam the brakes, which would cause the us to lose to China or vice versa.
Every nation state actor is trying tirelessly to attenuate panic but it's here, its really happening.
