aaaah! just going for it! call it optimising or just running lean, it is a resiliancy that cant be taken away. one thing I like very much about sleeping, is waking up with my next move all figured out, even a cat nap will do I have stopped checking the time, unless there is an appointment, wake up, get up, do something, dopey sleepy, back to bed, wake up, work, hungry ....awsome , some days are zero's, and some days click, nothing but net all day long but nothing like a sleep reset when solo running hard and lean
