There is truth to this but it's important to acknowledge that exposure therapy alone may not be sufficient for everyone and will require alternative modalities.
Nothing is sufficient for everyone. You set an impossible bar.
It's like moving, first time is very stressful and it's a whole ordeal, but after repetition it's a familiar, whole ordeal.
If one could line up several interviews a day it could work.
I haven't had a real interview this year.
