Fresh off our Series C, we’re scaling fast and hiring for our Servicing Automation Team—the crew behind our technology that powers cost-efficient, scalable customer operations. From payment processing and disputes to collections and self-service tools, we automate what matters most—freeing up time, cutting costs, and leveling up the customer experience.

Our mission? Drive margin through automation. Our collaborators? Operations, Product, and Engineering. Our success metrics? Reliability, efficiency, and key service metrics such as delinquency & SLA performance.
