But, like you say, you are also still hiring for the same role or you announce a role and pause hiring. I’d improve these processes instead.

The job ad lists two jobs:
- Lead Product Engineer
- Senior Android Developer
We are actively interviewing and hiring for both roles, so I am not sure what exactly your issue is.
