Hi all! I noticed I had a ghost rate of ~80% in my latest recruiting cycle, and thought to myself, what causes that? After interviewing many of them, I realized recruiters sorted jobs chronologically and speed was more important than referrals, keywords, etc. So I built a system to scrape company career pages and alert me of relevant jobs within 5 minutes, and now I'm releasing it!

Please let me know if this idea is interesting, or if there's anything I should add to it!
